Digital gift cards are delivered instantly to your email address upon payment confirmation. Physical gift cards are shipped via standard mail and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do your gift cards have an expiration date?
No, our gift cards never expire. You can redeem the balance at any time, and any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
Can I return or get a refund for a gift card?
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital code has been generated or a physical card has been shipped, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I send a gift card directly to a friend?
Yes! During checkout for digital cards, you can enter the recipient's email address and a personalized message. For physical cards, simply enter their shipping address at checkout.
How do I check my remaining gift card balance?
You can check your balance at any time by visiting our 'Check Balance' page and entering your unique gift card code and security PIN.
